There are loads of great freshwater shrimp that would be perfect for a Guppy tank: Red Cherry Shrimp (VERY easy to breed; not picky about parameters), Ghost Shrimp* (might breed; VERY tolerant of parameters), Amano/Japonica Shrimp (difficult to breed; requires stable parameters), Bamboo Shrimp (relatively difficult to breed; hardy), Singapore Shrimp (relatively difficult to breed; hardy), Bumblebee Shrimp (VERY easy to breed; fairly hardy), Crsytal Red Shrimp (VERY easy to breed; fairly hardy), Orange Bumblebee Shrimp (VERY easy to breed; fairly hardy), and MANY others. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

*Ghost Shrimp may catch and eat Guppy fry.

Depending on your tank, any type of shrimps will do, but have warning that most likely they won't reproduce.
Good choices:
Ghost shrimp(no fry with these)
Amano( good alge eaters)
For the acidic and cold temp:
Cherry shirmp
Green shrimp
Yellow shrimp
For green water aquairums:
Bamboo shrimp( filter feeders)

If you're trying to raise the fry then none. The shrimp like to catch them to eat!
