I imagine dogsled racing. He drives a sleigh with reindeer, which is similar to racing a sled pulled by dogs. He'd be used to the cold and he'd know how to control animals to go which way he wanted. Plus, he'd definitely be fast: he has to go to every home in the world in one night, so he knows speed.
