Your doctor should have explained to you to use another back up method of birth control, because they are not fully effective for the first month.

Even after that, the pill is not 100% effective. Not to mention it doesn't protect against STDs. So the smartest thing to do is use multiple methods (condom).

The fact you used the terminology you did, makes me hope it is a very long time until you bring a child into this world. Birth control is not 100% effective and doesn't protect you against any STD's, so it's best to use a condom too.

i have been on birth control for 8 months, the doctors told me to use a backup method of birth control the first week i was on the pill. i had unprotected sex two days after being on the pill and i was fine. the pill is 99% effective and if you took your pills at the sametime everyday the chances of you becoming pregnant are quite small.

I've never heard the term nuts.. usually just cums or explodes but i like it better, cute lol
But yea I think you have a higher risk of getting pregnante. Also depends on the type of birth control, but for the most part i'd play it safe and use a condom as well.
Ciao

If you've been taking your pill every single day at the exact same time, you have a low risk of pregnancy. Pills are 99% effective when they are taken perfectly. If you are missing pills or aren't taking them at the same time every night, then you have a MUCH higher risk of getting pregnant.

Since its not worth the risk of getting pregnant when you don't want to be, ALWAYS use a backup method like condoms. Never rely on one method if you wouldn't be glad to have a baby.

birth control takes at LEAST 3 months to become completely active in your body so yes it is possible you are prego. But it is also possible, depending on your body, that the pill can activate sooner so u may be safe...jus wait it out ans use protection from now on
