I think Winston Churchill, or Abraham Lincoln or Ben Franklin would have been interesting to know.
Issac Newton certainly was all sorts of smart - but seem to have been something of an a**hole - personally.
Any of the renaissance personalities, Da Vinci, etc.
Personally, I'd have liked to have known Imhotep, developed medicine, designed the pyramids and invented for the Egyptians the basis of a theology that lasted 3000 years, as well as a bunch of other things.
Alive today, I think meeting President Bush is intriguing but in the same way as meeting Adolph Hitler or Josef Stalin is interesting, I'd personally like to know what makes these guys tick.
Otto von Bismark - having read his history strikes me as absolutely fascinating.
