could the answer be 10=/-sqrt15 over 5?

(x-2)^2 = 3/5

x - 2 = SQRT(3/5) or -SQRT(3/5)

x = 2 + SQRT(3/5) or 2 - SQRT(3/5)

Just how many posts do you have for us to do your homework problems? There are just 3 or 4 steps to do based on the problem statement.
a. Get all CONSTANTS on one side of the equation. After that is done
b. Divide by the coeffiecient of the x term.
Aftrer that is done
c. Take the square root of both sides. Make sure you wind up with 2 answers .
d. If the term in ( ) is in the form (ax+b), subtract b from each answer and then divide answers by a.

5x - 10^2=3
5x-100=3
5x-100+100=3 + 100
5x =103
5x/5= 103/5
