Yes, the left testicle is always larger than the right testicle. If both testicles or the right testicle appears swollen, that could be an early sign of testicular cancer.

Yes it can be normal as long as the one testical is not obviously bigger than the other and if it doesnt cause you any pain. If you are concerned about it, you should go see a physician and have them take a look at it. It could possibly be a infection or fluid backup. So if the problem does not get better soon and you are still concerned, please see a doctor or you could possibly be in a lot of pain. :(

Mine was much bigger I thought than normal. Ended up having a lit of pain and I had a herina. Depends how big or abnormal. A lot of people downplay how many things can be wrong with that area. Women check there breasts often and I think men should too.

Yes it is normal and is common in almost all men just as most women have a breast that is slightly larger than the other well unless they are silicone lol.

Yes. Not ridiculously larger, but, yeah. It's normal. If it's ridiculously larger (you can really perceive a difference, I mean, REALLY), go to a doctor.

Totally normal, I had a boyfriend with 3 before and he said that happens sometime, so I would say that 2 different sizes are normal.......

All men have one testicle larger than the other. This is to prevent them from bumping into each other when you're walking/running.

Yeah..having differently sizes testicles is like, 1 million percent normal !
As long as its always been this way, and nothing too sudden, otherwise, you should see the Doc.
