I'm going to be quite honest here. I find it very funny to watch someone slip then fall on ice. I even laugh at myself when I slip and fall on ice also. However, it would seem horrible to laugh if a person was seriously hurt as a result of that.

The last time I slipped and fell on ice, I must admit it was kind of funny. You should have seen me; I was flopping around like a fish out of water.

I used to think it was hilarious until one friend fell and fractured her wrist. "Come on, that was not even a sissy fall" It was not a plop , it was a fall to the ice gracefully .aka slow mo clutch air, clutch clutch.
People fall down and crack bones from a mere standing position, with absolutely no activity. It is a puzzle.

Yes. My boyfriend did last winter outside of our apartment and it was hilarious. I also laugh when I fall. I wouldn't laugh if it was someone old or disabled but if they're obviously not injured it's pretty funny.

Nope. Happened to me on my bike a couple of weeks ago; definitely un-funny. Now if its a professional hockey player wearing padding...

No - it's horrifying in a small way - and we laugh because it's frightening ot see anyone out of control and in peril, however small, cause it, by demonstration, could happen to us.

no, it makes me feel awful. i saw my parents fall too often. if it's on The Simpsons , then it's funny, especially if it's Homer.
