Wise men know true laughter and they have a joy about them as well. I think fools laugh " at " things more than just laugh on everything. But then what would we expect of a fool?

I wise man dosent find things funny because he is to wise to know that it is childish and the fool laughs all the time to cover up how stupid he is kinda like a dumb blonde...(i am blonde so anyone else who reads this dont take offence we all do it once in a while)
