You wanna be trying to do the same with Thames Water Elric. I religiously pay my Water Rates but they still seem to think I owe them £34.72 from 2004. Wouldn't mind but we have the hardest water going....tossers.....I've paid it, given the Cheque number and Halifax Bank have confirmed this...BUT...Thames Water still don't believe !!!!!

Just pay it Elric as anything can happen in the next 13 years! Your sewerage bill is based on how much water you use (I think, correct me if I am wrong) so cut down on your water, only have one bath a week etc etc lol !!! Alternatively get a water meter fixed - I did and I pay a small fraction of what I used to! Happy Christmas Elric xxxx

If you lived here that would be 3 1/2 years !
The bad news is ....at £2 per week-that's 2 tinnies you'll have to go without
The good news is..... DSS /GVNMT have lost millions of people's details
Maybe ......the Water Board will lose yours !!

More to the point, Anglian Water are having to wait 13.5 years to receive their money!
Be thankful they are not cutting you off - alternatively, offer to pay it off quicker.
