Peeking into their windows is against the law.
But whatever it is you think they may or may not do, as long as its not in front of your son, its not against the law.
BTW they can kiss, hug, and hold hands in front of your son.
Odds are you son is OK with it, unless you want to screw him up leave it alone.
And I have two cousins, both gay, who have four children, and none of their children are gay.

It isn't against the law anywhere, would you want it to be? Hopefully she has the sense to keep her personal life out of the home until she is involved in a stable relationship so your son won't get confused. In this situation and considering his age, she should definitely talk to him about her gender preference. Children at that age often have preconceived notions and prejudices about what is acceptable.

No! Sexual orientation has nothing to do with the amount of love and or nurturing she is giving the child. As long as she is not having sex in front of the child, no harm. Regardless of sexual orientation. I doubt she is doing that. God bless****

Why should it be against the law? If your ex can date other men, then no reason she can't date women also if she desires...it's not harming the child (homosexuality and bisexuality aren't contagious).
