Well here in Chicago, it's windier than a ************ and it's not based on the fact that it's the windy city either.
Fact: Chicago is not the windy city because of the weather it's called the windy city because of the politicians being long winded! True!

The last time I looked there, there was maybe just a slight breeze in the air, along with a lot of Kid Rock songs playing in the background.

i have no idea about winds in hell.....btw, do devils fart? if yes, it can be windy there.
today it was -5C in here.....but so moist, that it seemed -15C
