Last night me and my girlfriend tried to have sex but my penis wouldn't stay hard, we're both 16, and it's been bugging me since last night, if anyone could help me that would be great...
I need to know why I couldn't stay hard, could this mean she doesn't turn me on? or something's wrong with me?

It could just mean that you were really nervous about it all. Take it slower and see what happens. Like some males have trouble peeing in front of others, some get nervous the first time or few times out.
