How do you handle difficult co-workers?

Without knowing what type work you do or what the problems are it's hard to say. For me, I just ignore them & do my job. I figure thats why I'm there -to work! If you work more closely with people than I do then consider talking with them & explaining that your trying to do your job & need their cooperation, so you can all be sucessful on the job.

Just remember that it is work, and the work environment should be a professional one. So try to nevermind them and just go on doing your work, excelling in your work and being a representative to the world of the person you are - perhaps someone who is not like those difficult co-workers.
