Only distantly. Elizabeth I ( Henry's daughter) died without childeren, so the throne passed to James of Scotland (of the Stuart family). Since the Stuarts had relitives married to Queen Elizabeth II's family (virtually all of the monarchs of Europe intermarried with other country's monarchal families at some time or another) , they are distantly related.

No, the Tudor line stopped after Elizabeth 1st, because she never had children, she was an illegitimate child of Henry the V111, she was followed by James 1st of the Stuart line from Scotland. because Royal families tended to marry into the nobility, they may be related through some other family tie but very distantly.

They would have to be considered distant cousins. Their common royal ancestor was Henry VII. The line of Elizabeth II can be traced back to Margaret Tudor, sister of Henry VIII. Margaret Tudor married into the House of Stuart, which succeeded Elizabeth I with James I. The granddaughter of James I was Sophia, Electress of Hanover, whose son became George I of England. Elizabeth II is the great- great- great- great- great- great granddaughter of George I.
