How do I restore my labtop all the way back to when I bought it and took it out of the box? I can restore it back to a certain month, but how do I restore it ALL the way back to the beginning

You should have received a CD or DVD with your laptop that will restore it to the original out-of-box experience. Insert the CD or DVD and reboot. Keep in mind that your drive will be re-partioned in the process and any and all data and programs will be lost.
If you didn't get a CD or DVD for that purpose it may have been copied to your machine as an .iso image that you'll need to burn first. If that doesn't help, contact the manufacturer to get a new restore CD.
