How do I restore my labtop all the way back to when I bought it and took it out of the box? I can restore it back to a certain month, but how do I restore it ALL the way back to the beginning?

Hi,
You can re-install from the support disc supplied with the laptop.
With some laptops the support disc is contained on the hard drive in a separate partition, have a look on there.

If your computer came with a restore CD, use that. Not a Gold colored retail XP disk, that will just install the OS and nothing else.

Hi. Your bet bet would be to use the OS CD and do a complete reinstall.
