Some questions on Santa and the chimney issue.......?

Question

1. being overweight, how could he pass through all chimneys?
2. how come his outfit was always so very clean after passing through so many chimneys?
3. What is the reason he came through the chimneys and not knocking on the doors as a decent Saint?
4. Could someone sue Santa as intruder while he enters the house by the chimney without being announced?

Santa is magical....

1. He turns to a magical mist to slide down the chimneys.
2. His outfits remain clean for the same reason.
3. He was not welcomed by the townspeople. They felt it strange that a grown man would be so nice to children.
4. No one would win a suit against Santa because there is no proof that HE was actually there. Refer to numbers 1 and 2.

1. Chimneys are wide, I once met a burglar very fat who was coming in the houses from the chimney.
2. This, I do not know but I wish I know because my mother always is nagging that I spoil my costume easily
3/ I don't know.
4. Yes, I would because I would be very scared to see someone slipping through my chimney. Moreover, my house does not have a fireplace and this would be very scary.

He had several changes of suits.
And he greased himself before sliding down the chimney.
He didn't knock on the door b/c everyone was supposed to be sleeping, and he wanted to leave all of the gifts as a surprise.
No one can sue Santa, b/c he hasn't done anything wrong.
Haven't you read "The Night Before Christmas" ?

Now, come on.....every one KNOWS that Santa is magic and
that he, with his sack of presents, clicks his fingers and poooof ! he simply dissolves into millions of little tiny magical molicules, these then can gain access into our houses, be it via chimney, window or door ! Innit!?!?
