so davy dones is dead i know that but like is will the new davy jones and then is he only able to see elizabeth every 10 years or before sundown like everyday oh and is she stuck on shipwreck cove

The legend goes that they must ferry souls to the next world of the people who died at sea. If they stay faithful and if their love stays faithful then the curse is broken (as stated by producer or director or something). So I believe that his soul was freed after 10 years. If you watch the post credit scenes you would know that Will and Elizabeth had a son and no she wasnt stuck on the island.

I don't know about Elizabeth being stuck on Shipwreck Cove forever...
