Yes, it is possible. But only very evolved, spiritual and philosophical people can achieve this state. It is very difficult to reach and takes much dedication and practice.

I'd say my mind is extremely open. I might even be able to swing the open to everything part; show me evidence, or explain a plausible theory, and I'm willing to consider it. As for the attached to nothing part, I'm not even sure I know what that means. Part of me thinks that it is exactly the same as being open-minded; the other part thinks it is totally different, and impossible for the mind to achieve. Maybe a zenmeister with perfectly formed brain muscles could do it.

No, I have a mind that is open to everything and attached to some things.
But the attachment to those things are not dogmatic attachments. If new understanding and wisdom reveal something new about these attachments, my bonds to them may be modifed or broken.
Some attachments are beyond human knowledge and understanding. I doubt those things will ever be in the balance.
Peace

Science deals with facts about everything. (things)
Philosophy deals with meanings of the relationships of spirit to energy-matter. (religion to science)
Religion deals with values of love, mercy, service, truth, beauty and goodness, and the personal relations of God and Man the individual and Mankind collective, and the Family of God collective.
So if you mean having a mind open to every meaning, then yes, IF the meanings are real and have value. For example:
I am open and attached to truth (a spiritual value); I am closed and not attached to error.
I am open and attached to beauty (a SV as above); I am closed and not attached to ugliness.
I am open and attached to goodness (a SV); I am closed and not attached to evil.
The pure Spirit will of God should dominate each human soul; and each human soul should have mind-control, if each is a well-balanced human personality.
A human mind will either seek Light and Life or darkness and destruction in each and all reflections, or a confused mixture for awhile. When there is so much Truth to proclaim, why dwell on error?
If you mean an objective mind as opposed to a subjective mind, that becomes meaningless on higher levels of reality. Is I AM objective or subjective or neither ? Paradise Personality and Spirit are both above mind. When there is no divergence, no mind is needed. On Paradise, Spirit and Force-energy (pure Matter) are One. A pure "mindedness" above mind is inherent in Spirit; a pure "super-mindedness" is inherrent in I AM Personality.

My mind is open to, what I think today I may not think
tomorrow, Like never say never, I am open minded to
expect the unexpected. I would not say to every thing, that is too broad a statement, I am most likely attached to needs of
survival.

That more transpersonal we become the more open minded and less attached we become. It is the ego that closes the mind and attaches to things; otherwise it is has to change.
