i have had a reprimand for theft since i was 15, i have had worked in a nursery before, but i was wondering if this nursery would be different. my job is subject to satisfactory crb check
What will the outcome be.

Well so long as you declared the theft on your application should be ok

How old are you now?

1) If they only search criminal and police records then you are fine. Anything which happens under the age of 18 is sealed in your juvenile record.

2) You say reprimand and not conviction. So if they check your referances and contact your past employer it may come up. Just be honest about the screw up.

When you are CRB checked you will have to declare it.
It will be up to the employer to decide.
