Please,
after starting my computer it freezes.I have an OS XP and I would like to know how solve that problem.I have another computer and I'm working on it right now.But I would like to know how to solve the problem of my other computer, can you tell me how.

Do you know if you downloaded any infected files lately or deleted any essential files to run your computer?

Hi. During boot tap the F8 button continuously then select 'Safe Mode'. Scan your machine for malware in Safe Mode. I like WindowsCare but there are many others. http://www.iobit.com/advancedwindowscareper.html

try starting the computer in safe mode and then perform a system restore from and the help and support page.

open run and type msconfig then click "Startup" tab and uncheck anything u feel is heavy or unnecessary, click apply , ok reboot and check the box of the window that appears after u restart.
