As a famous shoe company says"just do it".
While you are in the shower you start thinking about why you have this type of procrastination and if it is only applicable to showers...
You may want to spend some time researching solutions for procrastination as well.
Oh, and one more thing: reward yourself for a job well done!!

That's just nasty for real who needs encouragement to actually take a shower i mean wouldn't the stench coming from your body motivate you to hit the shower

omg!! just take a shower!! its not that hard. you have to force yourself into it.... nobody's going to want to be around you if you are dirty. or if you really cant force yourself just go make yourself so disgusting that you HAVE to go in the shower. like run jelly & syrup all overr you, or put mus on your legs and arms or something. trust me, it will gross you out--you will be in the shower in no time.
