If tab A won't fit in slot B, then call the 800 number on the box. If you've already thrown the box away, don't try to assemble it anymore. Also, stay away from power tools.

This would not normally show on the deed, but it would show on the contract to sell (offer and acceptance) signed before the closing of the sale.
