wow... interesting question. i'd have to say the girl accepting it cuz if she takes the money, she's basically selling her body and that's horrible.

The guy paying... He is spending money on an activity that only lasts about an hour.
The girl is getting money for an enjoyable activity and can also invest the money in a CD or mutual fund, thus making her more money.
There's actually no downside for the girl at all, provided of course that there is no risk of abuse from the customer, pregnancy or contracting STD's.
If I were a hot woman, I would definitely be a prostitute.
