You need some specific goals. For example, amount that dissolves at different temperatures, size of crystals that form while your solution cools down, depending on how much copper sulphate there was in it, whether adding a little bit of alcohol affects the answer, whether (as I have heard suggested) the addition of a tiny amount of dilute sulphuric acid affects the quality of the crystals.
You may have heard a fairy story about the scientific method, in which you start off by collecting data, and then go on to form a hypothesis. The truth is that before you can even start deciding what data to collect, you must have some idea about what kind of thing it would be interesting to discover. Your present situation illustrates this quite nicely.

The experiment chosen by you is quite good, because you can easily get the chemicals and the apparatus required are quite simple, also easy to do. Crystallization means formation of crystals out of its solution. The apparatus required are Porcelain disc, glass rod, Beakers and measuring flasks/cylinders, filter papers, Bunsen burner, wire gauge, stirrer etc.
Chemicals required: Copper sulphate (commercial), distilled water.
Your aim can be any one of the following:
1. To find out the minimum amount of CuSO4.5H2O that can be crystallized out from the solution.
2. The minimum amount of water required below which the crystallization process is not possible.
3. The time taken for getting good crystals by varying the temperature of the Bunsen flame.
4. The optimum concentration of CuSO4 (commercial) required for good yield of CuSO4.5H2O
5. Yields and quality (size/shape) of the CuSO4.5H2O those are obtained by varying the different parameters, like, Concentration, Temp., Duration, stirring etc.
6. As you know Crystallization is carried out to get the pure crystals of a single component/compound, you can check the purity of the compound by subsequent crystallization (recrystallization) of the same product.
After obtaining any/some of these set of parameters you tabulate them properly. Then try to plot the as graph in MS-excel by taking one parameters in one axis and the corresponding other result in another and then see the variation. If possible do the experiments twice and find out the standard deviation of a result. This increases the importance/weight of the results. And that is the standard mode of presentation of results. The graphs are also a good means to show the results its convenient to explain and understand (by others). So try to carry out them and if you find any difficulty you can ask.
