WHat is the movie name which had some slug creature living in the mouths of hosts and was related to sugar in some way. I think it was a movie of the late 70s early 80s. the hunmand being infected would kiss a regular human to also infect him.
There is a scene in the film where the hero was cornered in a pool and several of these infected people swarmed in on him.
