Why do people always compare sex to dancing &/or driving?

Like, people compare sex to driving because of being in CONTROL & they compare it to dancing because of moving & working your hips. & they say both sex & driving are for adults & not kids. They also say if you dance well, then you also give good sex.

Also, is it true & necessary that if you work your hips, the sex is better?

Yes I believe sex is better with someone who is agile and skilled with his/her hips.
