Define mess up. Of course no one is perfect. When Mary Kate Olsen had her eating disorder everyone was supportive because it is a serious struggle and a disorder. There are all levels of messing up. I don't feel compassion for Lindsay Lohan or Paris Hilton, both of whom walk around thinking they're better than the rest of the world. They need to be humbled. I for one don't expect perfection from anyone but celebrities often try to portray themselves as perfect. Why do you think so many women in Hollywood are a size 2 or 0. They aspire to be perfect in the worlds' eyes, despite the fact that many are hiding raging eating disorders. For instance, Jamie Lynn Spears was touted as being this wonderful great role model. If you talk the talk, you gotta walk the walk. Ultimately, people are very forgiving and it is their life and not ours. I for one don't envy any 16 year old who is pregnant.

Of course people would make fun of them, but sometimes they should just leave celebs alone and fix their own problems.

I know we all have or mistakes but you don't see me going around doing every drug under the sun, getting drunk and having sex with multiple partners constantly.
I don't do drugs, I'm a virgin and I make good grades.

I know!! Seriously! Its getting rediculous! I think because ppl are so jealous of them they have to put them down to make themselves feel better. But they're real ppl just like u and me, just living out their dream, we should be supporting them not putting them down, because really their lives are rlly a lot harder than ours!
Good question!
Merry Christmas!
