yes definitely this will be add on to your career...
the have heard about this course this it pretty good... My previous company also offering such kind of courses but first talk to your HR representative to know more about companies higher education policies, whether there is some kind of service bond attached with this course if company pay your fee....

I suggest that if right now you don't have any plan to change your company then it will boost your career opportunities.

Write me @ hawks21in@yahoo.co.in if you require any further information in this regard.

By the time you will cpomlete your MS , Indian Job Market will have been saturated to such a point that you may not be able to get a proper placement.....and that too after losing another 5 years from now on.You should take the reality into account before jumping over to it. BITS, Pilani has a great reputation , but, you will lose 5 years and by that time there will be at least 20, 000 more such people with similar degree from many places.
It won't be a good thing for you live the present job. After 3 years of experience in this field in a moderately good company gives you better prospect in the same company or anywhere else. Why do you keep hopping from one to another company? It's not a good thing to do.The employer never likes such a person unless one is xeceptionally good in is job.Your experience so far is bit by bit in diffrent companies.I suggest you to continue in the same company until you get a better one.Give up this hopping practice.Hoppers are taken as unfit or indecisive in their action by any employer.OK?

Yeah it appears to be over. A rather silly decision to see he was in cracking form. It was an extremely stupid decision but since it seems impossible to drop any of the younger players who also look in the form of their lives. So since Ganguly has had his chance, there's no other way, let the youngster's have a go.
