Well my best friend died at 11 in a car acciendent- but not because of a drunk driver. It was her sisters first time driving on the high way. She hit those things on the side of the road that make that loud rumbling noise. She got freaked out and over corrected to the right. Her grandma(who was in the passengers seat) tried to help but accdently over corrected to the left. Their mini van flipped over. My friend bumped her head hard enough to send her to heaven. The mom massed up her finger. The daughter driving got out with a small bruise. the 14 yr old sis got her faced beat up. The Grandma died too. My friends 2 younger brothers were fine. The dad was driving in another car behind them.he got out immdetly to help them. Once everyone got he noticed my friend was still in the car. He carefully took her out and gave her CPR-but it was too late. It's been 2 years now. The oldest daughter just got her lisences- but is still terrified of the road. The other one is just about to get her lisences.

I'm sorry about your mom, too! One of my son's friends was killed by a drunk driver as he was walking across the street. Quite a few of our young men around here have been killed in car crashes when they were driving drunk. It causes a grief that the families can never fully get over.

I'm sorry about your mom. I can't even imagine that, I don't know how I'd get by without mine! You must be a strong person.

A guy I know was killed in July not long after graduation. He had been the one driving and he had a friend with him. The friend survived but he died a few hours after crash while they were still IN the car together. No one found them until 7 or eight hours later. It was so, so sad.

Yes. I knew a young man who was a Marine in Bosnia, Afganistan, and Iraq who was killed while home on leave by a drunk driver. He was a good man and Marine. Miss you Brandon, R.I.P.

I am sorry for your loss.

I have lost two friends to drunk drivers.

They were both in the car with said drunk and they probably should have known better...but no one deserves to go out that way.

Once again, I am very sorry for your loss.

I have lost 2 friends that way but its nothing compared to loosing a mom.
I'm very sorry to hear that.
...Sorry for such a short answer, I'm usually rude and grumpy.

my daddy killed somebody. i have never forgiven him. i know it hurts so much to have had a loved one be killed, but at least they did not have a choice. at least they were happy and unsuspecting and it was fast. i will have to live with it for the rest of my life, that maybe if i had been a better kid, he never would have done it...

merry christmas. i know it must hurt.
