Raj: Maybe we need to get together for coffee and compare plans & bank accounts...although I hate for you to walk away like a "girlyman".

Raj: OK LOL. From your attitude, logic and people's skills, I'm sure you don't have a hard time running your businesses. I'd just make sure I have a full-time legal team with me at all times ;) And Happy Holidays!

Well, I'm a female college student. I currently have no income unless you count my dad's checkbook. So my plan is to continue investing dad's money into my education, then once I get myself a career I'll start worrying about long-term financial security.

Assuming I'll be alive and healthy, I'll continue working and saving. After a while, will also get a part time job as a teacher at college. Then, I'll invest some of the money in the videogame market. Then, we shall see.

Forgot to say, I'll be doing Shrek goes 4th, Puss in Boots' spin off movie and Shrek 5. Would you go to watch me?

Female.
Long story, but then again I was/am in finance as a profession & an accountant by training.
I thought about nothing but $ for 13 yrs of my life.
Raj: I expect more from you.
Dialectic: Agreed & will add, invest wisely/conservatively.

I don't have a written plan, but I do have real estate, 401k, IRA, and an individual brokerage account.
Female.
Anyway, thanks for reminding me. A friend of mine is a financial advisor and I should set up an appointment with him to lay out a concrete plan.
edit: I forgot to add that I also have a full-time job and savings.

I sent you an e-mail with somewhat of a detailed account of my future plans, some of which I prefer to only share with people I feel most comfortable with, not on a public forum.
But I did want to say...great Q. :-)
