wondering about the jamie lynn spears pregnentcy and if it will set a bad example to other teen girls out there .
they will see it on tv and think its an ok thing to do when really its not and they don't have the money spears family has to support all these kids .
so what do you think ? bad example to teen girls or just odd celebrity news ?

Bad example. Given what her character on TV is SUPPOSED to represent, this will now tell girls that the trendy accessory to have is a baby. Bleagh!

I think it's set an awful example. I'm 44 and I have a 15 year old and I try to speak to her about issues of sex and teen pregnancy and I was really disgusted to hear about this - and not only that Jamie is having sex, but UNPROTECTED sex. And let's face it, Britney has set a bad example as well. Sure there are many cases of teen pregnancy, but when you're in the public eye, on a show for teens, and do something like this, it's disgraceful.

Well alot of people think differntly some people think she set a bad rolemodel for teens/girls and some say she was just stressed with the deciding of cancelling zoe 101 or shes gonna be just like her sister. Honestly i think that jamie is a bad role model now. She used to be the hot thing on nick but now they have to cancle the show.I know that my cousin was wayy upset when she heard about jamie she has a zoe 101 bed spread the zoe101 clothing line and everything. Now shes not so big of a fan. So i think she is a bad exapmle to teen girls.

No. Any girl with good common sense knows that having a baby at that age is a mistake. If anything, Jamie Lynn Spears serves as a warning to parents about what happens when you don't talk to your kids about sex and contraception.

you know, I don't think a single teenage girl looks at that as being a good situation she should try to copy.
most teenage girls are a lot smarter than people give them credit for and can understand that the media and people all over the world aren't happy and rejoicing for the situation, but are rather worried about it and sad.
besides that, if a girl past the age of 9 can see her situation as desirable, their parents and school systmes haven't educated them about anything.

well where i came from there are alot of pregnant teens in America over 100 teens will become pregnant so yea..
