try going southwest of castle wars, there is a tree there that re- spawns fairly fast.
Don't bother with Tai Bwo Wannai village, you have to pay 100 trading sticks to enter.
there are also some located on ape atoll.

Teak trees are member only trees. You can find them near castle wars and there's about nine in the Tai Bwo Wannai village but you need 100 trading sticks and to have done the Tai Bwo Wannai quest before you can enter the grove they are at.

they are members my runescape account is free so i dont know where they are u should search for that on the runescape sit here the link to the page where you can see where are the teak logs if you are members go to manual on the main page of runescape then go to skills then woodcutting and then see woodcutting - vegetation types there find teak trees in the table its around tai bwo wannai and karamja
