You got to look at their bonding. If they are Ionic or Covalent or have Hydrogen bonds etc to determine their boiling points.

Actually, PH3 is the least polar because P and H are close together in electronegativity.

Also, ICl contains heavier elements, so the van der Waals forces there are quite high (remember that I2 itself is a solid).

I think English is not your first language, but you need to use technical terms correctly. Here you don't mean elements, you mean compounds.

AgI has the highest bp since it's an ionic compound, followed by PH3 since it's more polar than ICI. Then, ICI has the lowest bp. Hope that helped.
