Probably not, you may want to do something else, anyway, other than that, especially if you didn't play guitar on Earth.
If you know how to play guitar, then I think you probably can, if you want to. But hearing melodies and music or any instrument that you want to listen to is just a matter of wanting to. And they'll sound a thousand times better in Heaven.
