He is probably just trying to get to you. I am assuming you guys are getting a divorce? If so, divorces get pretty ugly. The "I'm not married but in a legal situation" is probably telling them that you guys aren't together anymore (separating I suppose). Sorry.

If this man is truly your EX, then why are you so concerned about what he does, or what labels he puts on his "situation"?

There's probably a good reason why you ended the relationship with this man. I could see several in your details, so why do you allow him to still have an affect on you?

You have a guy who might be slightly on the crazy side....and truly believing that he isn't in a binding marriage situation. I might consult with a lawyer and consider options of getting out of this situation. The guy isn't quiet what you expected.....and you might want to consider your options.

it's him he wants the pie and the cake. but he's short on common sense sounds to me i think you might do well to file for divorce your self and get out of dodge. if hes going around calling everybody crazy , sounds kind of like the kettle calling the pot black to me. This person is not ready for marriage, tooooo! immature

He might be married with a certificate for the money, but not with that person?? You get paid more if you are married in the military...
