Absolutely.
The trick is to separate ego from the equation and think realistically.
It's not about sitting around concentrating. It's about incorporating what you want out of life into every thought, making every action one that moves toward your goals (uhh, that includes "concrete work.") If you hold worry and fear in your heart, that's what you'll always have.
But if you hold success and happiness in your mind, turning every bad situation into a learning lesson, that is what will come to you.

The laws of attraction always work for the first 15 minutes, after that you better know something. Good looks don't replace intelligence or a good conversation.

Law of attraction always works but it depends on an individual whether he accepts the situation or ignores it. If one ignores it, outwardly it will look like that the law is not working.

I told my kids that if anyone told them to read that stupid Secret book they could punch them in the face. The law of attraction works about as well as your horoscope prediction.

In my opinion, no. 24 hours a day of sitting and thinking about how much you want something won't have anywhere near the effect of 1 hour a day of taking concrete action to work toward your goals.

Personally I think the law is overrated. There are different phrases and words for the same idea. If you want something you can pretty much get it; you just have to want it enough.........and that is where people fall short. They never want things bad enough or their desires are unrealistic.

May I ask what precisely is the law of attraction....
We all have a pre-envisaged image ingrained upon our psyches, of what we deem to be beautiful. Persons who resemble parentage, a familial or trusted figure, or someone who is just unquestionably attractive, alluring and magnetic.
Beauty is beauty whatever creed colour ethnicity or class it has donned....
''beautiful to me is all that adorns the one I love
Within whom is contained all love, goodness and bliss''
