Any form of abuse is an assault, and deserves terrible punishment.
I'm told it can cause disabilities too.
1. Over musculature of the arm.
2. Early Arthritis onset of the hand.
3. Set Facial expression.
4. Mouth/Jaw Rictus.
5. Blindness.

Yes, that would be sexual assault. It will probably fall under a MIS. offense. I would need to know more about what actually took place to understand the type of offense involved. If you are a minor and the other person was and adult or if it was a locker room prank?

Any act of unlawful force upon another person is an assault. I'm not sure if there has been any previous case of 'dick-slapping' though.
