The druids did not build Stonehenge. They actually came much later.

Stonehenge was started in 3000 BC, thousands of years before 'druids or celtics.' Stone monuments exist from varying periods all over the world but Stonehenge is unique in that it has lintelled arches and lintelled horseshoe formations--making it 'almost' a building (it is in fact a wooden structure made in stone, if that makes sense.)
I don't know how large the stones in Ghana are but the tallest at Stonehenge (remaining half of the Great trilithon)is about 24 foot high. The weight of the big sarsens are between 20-45 tons each. The smallest stones, the bluestones, are only about 4-7 tons each but they were brought 200 miles from Wales, in a time before people used the wheel!
There are even bigger, heavier stones at the prehistoric site of Avebury, about 20 miles from Stonehenge, and the ground area covered by that monument is much, much greater.

Ignoring the error about who built it - well before celts or druids - I presume you are thinking there is a link between the two sites, perhaps an alien intervention?
The answer is simply convergent evolution - different populations arrive at the same solution to a problem. We want to set out a ceremonial site where our wise men or women can keep track of the passage of the seasons and stars. The easy way is to build a ring of wooden posts, there are several wood henges around the world. The trouble is that the wood rots in the ground and our posts fall over after a few years and has to be replaced. As our civilisation develops, we have the skill to make our circle more permanent by erecting stones. There are stone circles of various designs in lots of places around the world, not just in Wiltshire and Ghana. They are examples of ancient people doing the same thing, marking out a calendar to ensure proper worship of the greatest power in their life, the sun.

Were you in a hurry when you asked this question? And do you have some point to make? I'm trying to figure out how Stonehenge has anything to do with what was built in Ghana!

Stonehenge is older than the druids and Celts so most likely, they didn't build it. I think people assume it was built by them because they're the oldest ones, we know of right now, to have used it.
