It's 18.26 up here in Manchester and I can see a beautiful full moon.The sky is clear with just a few wispy clouds and it looks almost haunting,thanks for getting me to look, I would have missed it!

Wow! (It gets dark EARLY where you are!) It sounds georgous!! It's been very close and BRIGHT! here, the last couple of nights... (My back yard is like INK! without being lighted...) but the last two days, I haven't needed a flashlight (torch, to you?...smile...) to navigate when tracking our cat... (I dislike turning on the lights in the middle of the night... "HI! HOW'S IT GOING!" to the neighbors....) Not a joy at 3 am.....
Yours sounds even better! Maybe it will be like that here, tonight?

EDIT: One of the things "they" say about a full moon is it brings out the "Crazies". (Loons?) When someone is behaving irrationally, (here, anyway) someone is sure to remark "Must be a full moon." }:>

I noticed that tonight. I was wondering why dogs were barking and my kids wouldn't go to bed and I walked outside and there it was, Full Moon!

No its cloudy in the south but we could see it almost all day yesterday in the clear sky.
