If you mean whether or not a tornado can pass over someone's house one day and then another tornado passes over that same house next week/month/year, then it is possible though not a very good chance.
Most tornadoes are relatively small (1/8 of a mile or smaller).

On rare occasions, a tornado can be spotted to be a mile wide. Because of the fact that such large tornadoes don't occur often, the chance of them going over one's house twice is nearly impossible. If such large tornadoes occurred more frequently then the chances of going over a house twice will increase.

It is extremely unlikely for a tornado to STRUCK at the exact same place more than once. Since tornadoes are relatively small in size, for one to go over someone's house more than once is highly unlikely, but not impossible.

I think it's possible, but the weather conditions will have to be just right in that area....just like it was the first time a tornado struck. I think it's all a matter of conditions.
