No other fish and your Goldfish are already too big for your tank.
Go out and get them a nice 20 gallon tank, they will be happy for a while. As for your little tank, put a snail in it.
***Edit Note***
LOL @ Koi, please question asker, DO NOT GET A KOI !!!

A three to four gallon tank is entirely inappropriate for a single goldfish. Goldfish will grow to be at least 6 inches in length, and depending upon the variety much longer. Your small tank most likely holds 2 - 2 1/2 gallons of water due to the various items you referenced. The filters, substrate, plants, ornaments and fish all take up space which reduces the amount of water in your tank.
You should not have even a single goldfish in such a tiny container. You need to immediately upgrade your tank to nothing less than a 20 gallon heavily filtered tank. If you will not be able to provide appropriate housing for your fish, please do what is humane and find someone to take the fish. In your tiny 3 - 4 gallon container, the fish will die.

HI Jordan,I'm sorry to tell you but your fish are not happy in such a tiny tank filter or not. The reason being is that keeping fish in captivity no matter how large our tank or pond means they are living in their own toilet. It follows that the larger volume of water we provide for them, the more diluted their waste products will be & consequently the less damaging to them to live in.
Your fish will suffocate on the toxic environment, if not they will die of stunting. This is a really horrible way to die-their bodies stop growing as they sense the area they live in is too small but unfortunately their internal organs don't get the message so they slowly explode-not a nice way to go.
You need to get yourself at least a 20 gallon filtered tank with a fitted lid. In addition you need liquid test kits for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate & pH. This will enable you to determine how often to perform partial water changes, an essential part of fish keeping. The link below tells you all about every aspect of good Goldfish care.
Please consider the welfare of your fish-none of the people who post serious advice on here get paid, we do it because we know about the pitfalls of this hobby [& there are many!] & are trying to ensure you don't get caught out-all we try to do is give you & your fish an easy life!

You can't keep any other fish w/ your goldfish as your tank is already too small for the goldfish alone. Goldfish need at least 10-15 gallons of water per fish.

Your fish may be happy now, but that tank is too small for goldfish.. Fancy goldfish need at least ten gallons per fish, and commons and comets need at least 55 gallons. goldfish can grow to be a foot long and are messy eaters. A 4 gallon tank will stunt your fish's growth, which causes health problems and shortens their lifespan.

You can't get any more fish in that tank. If they're commons, they'll eventually need to go into a pond. If they're fancies, you'll be looking at a 30gallon tank with a filter designed for a 40 gallon.

Absolutely none. You are torturing the Goldfish and it will only get worse.

Just about any fresh water fish. Koi are beautiful to have. They do get VERY large though, so you would need to upsize eventually to a larger tank or pond.
