That's because there never was an intruder. The McCanns have lied and lied and now they are living that lie. As for the mess in the apartment, when the police arrived they said it looked as though a tornado had ripped through the room. That's just how the McCanns wanted it..... to destroy any evidence from hour one.
Murat is still an arguido in order to keep him silent and not able to talk about the case so as not to ruin any future McCann trial.

Ignore the people who can't cope with the McCann case and call us 'obsessed'. Yours is a brilliant point..

A hotel is a public facility, no one is surprised to see people they don't know, nor do they even take notice of people in uniform in hallways.
Only on TV do they have brilliant clues left about by cunning but apparently stupid criminals.
This reminds me of that US case in Colorado where the girl was removed from her home without any of the sleeping family knowing of it, she was murdered in the basement of their large home, and once again, the police, without any clues, and not looking for any once they had their suspicions directed at the parents, found no clues.
In fact removal from the home has happened quite a few times. If it could happen in a private home, it could easily happen in a public hall.
What it says, is that once the police make up their minds, they don't look for other explanations.

And if the buffoons are so sure of the McCanns guilt why the heck is Murat still a suspect and why have they not been charged?

I think there were a lot of mistakes made when the investigation started and perhaps a lot of evidence was lost

No one can find evidence because the police mucked it all up within the first 10 minutes of them entering the apartment, they even dropped cig ash all over the place...morons !!
Edit* How dare you accuse me of lying?Your a two bit amateur detective who posts crap about the McCanns every day without an ounce of proof of their guilt, heres my proof, this story was in every single tabloid that day.
