My Gran Has Constipation All The Time Recently And Shes Feeling Very Ill From It, I Think Its My Bowls Or Its Her Very Bad Diet, Shes Taking Movical With Orange Juice But Its Not Working, Are They Anything Else She Could Take To Do The Toilet, Shes Been And Seen A Doctor By The Way

She needs to change her diet avoid anything white (sugar, flour rice & fast foods) eat organic when she can & drink lots of water & eat more roughage. She also needs to get a 2nd opinion or go see an alternative health doc.

I had the same problem, went to the doctor and of course there was a colonoscopy performed, but my main problem was not enough fiber, so he recommended FiberCon, taken three times a day and it has worked great. There is a lot of information about this product online.
