I just need a working title for my story. It's about a girl who looses the love of her life who was her childhood friend. Now she is having to deal with the after math a year later. But the story is mainly flash back, leading up to how he died. It will explain alot thorugh out the book, who he was and his background and the things they did together. It tells you more about the narrorator. It's a story that keeps you in the dark for a long time, only feeding you little by little with flash backs. It's a very sad story.

This girl is 18, just so you know. The boy died during their junior year in high school.

I think titles are best when they are something very personal from the book. Use an inside joke they shared or something like that.

Its your story, it should be your title (the title is an important part of the story).

I like adding the title after I'm finished. How about just calling it 'my story' until you can figure out your own 'working title' or a more permanent one.

What about:

"Love In Another Life" ("another" can be replaced with "past") or
"A Love Of The Past"
"Her Love"
"Aftermath of Losing Love"
"Losing Love"
"Heartbreak"

Hope these help!
