Can not be any worse then a donut or sugary cereal.
I love those things (do not eat breakfast). My earliest memory of them is my father. He loved them too and is now passed on. He probably would have had them for breakfast lol!

um, i don't eat them for breakfast, but we had a package and i polished off the last one for dessert last night. I like to first scrape off the chocolate with my front teeth, then put the square of remaining ice cream in a bowl and eat it with a spoon.
