Yes. It would nice, if you could think of the retirement plan continuing to grow for the length of the employment Wow!!! It would a nice secure feeling.

i've been at one job for 4 years and I know it's not a career because i'm working my way through college. however, there is absolutely no way i would work the same job/career until retirement (unless i loved it) because i can't see myself taking the same crap from as*holes who think they know everything for at least 40 years...NO WAY LOL

I plan to stay until they kick me out or I physically can not do my job.. We have to retire at 57 years old.
