To anybody who's dissected a person before, it's your time to shine. I just need it for this art piece I'm doing.

To anybody who's dissected a person before, it's your time to shine. I just need it for this art piece I'm doing. I also found a website for this but it's too confusing, I mean the little leaf thing after the stomach, if that helps.

The colour you want to show for your pancreas depends on what your trying to draw, if it is a pancreas that is alive than it should be between a light tan and a pinkish colour, personally for stronger pictures the more pink the better, but that it all a matter of opinion, I would also note that it does have a bluish tinge.

However if it was a dead pancreas it would be a more whitish colour. Hope this was helpful!!!

In the body it's a red pink after death it goes more white from memory.

I'm sure you would get some dissection pictures if you looked it up on google images.

The pancreas is an elongated organ, light tan or pinkish in colour , that lies in close proximity to the duodenum.

Pale pink.
It is much lighter than the liver.
