....I just ate one (don't ask!) and it tasted worse than cooking chocolate - give me a cream egg any day!

I think unless you buy say Cadburys or Thortons I guess they do use the cheap old choc. I suppose mainly coz they are aimed at kids and kids will woolf it down regardless. I have to admit brought cheap choc for the Beavers Crimbo Party prizes as games etc but Cadburys coins and tree decs for myself !!

Think they must do Joan because they don't taste the same as sgood old Cadbury's!! We bought some to put on our tree but ended up eating them two weeks before Christmas!

Yeah, chancing b@stards Joan, these coins cost £1 for about 8 of them, cheaper buying 3 cream eggs! lol

More likely it was an old one from another year. I got a box of chocolate covered cherries like that a couple months ago. Most of the moisture was even missing from them. Yet this brand I had was the same I had got for years.

Of course unless they are made by Cadbury, Rowntree, Mars or Terrys then cheap chocolate oh and Thorntons

it depends on what ones you goet-i usually stick to the cadburys ones cos i know its nice choccy but i do always have to have sone cheap chocolate coins-its not christmas without cheap chocolate lol

You're right , Joan and even worse- they had white bits on them -they were well IN date but looked and tasted really cruddy
......... which, of course means -I've ate them !

It's cheap chocolate normally unless you buy a 'branded' make.

I'm a believer in getting a good name brand chocolate in any kind of candy!!! those cheaper ones are disqusting!!!!
