i have installed windows xp on my computer. after it rebooted, there is message telling me either i want to log on safe mode or start windows normally.then after 30 sec. i reboot again wwith the same message. what should i do

Choosing Safe Mode will bring you in to windows without any drivers or services started. This can help you diagnose problems.
There maybe a problem with the versions of the drivers which windows is using.
Try going to start/run type in "msconfig" go to the services tab, and untick everything, then restart pc.

Try loading the OS again.

Boot normally and login.... It happens some times, and it doesn't mean there is a problem....
